Let's get outside

As well as offering online sessions, I'm available for walk and talk sessions in the great outdoors.

Walk & Talk Therapy
in south Wales

I'm a big believer in movement as medicine, and the idea that humans need to move as much for our mental health as for physical health.

This can mean running, swimming, surfing, skateboarding, climbing, hiking or cycling. But in its most basic form, walking is good too.

Being mindfully outdoors helps us to observe the natural world around us, and appreciate our own small place in the universe. There's something grounding about it.

If a traditional therapy session feels too confronting, the dynamic of literally walking alongside another person while talking can be more comfortable. Any pauses can feel easier too. Birdsong fills the space.

Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taf, Vale of Glamorgan

With a good knowledge of the parks and walking routes of the region, I offer Walk & Talk therapy sessions in and around Cardiff, Rhondda Cynon Taf, and the Vale of Glamorgan.

Walks will always be easy for all ages, to enable proper focus on the session. I ask clients not to bring dogs, as much as I love them.
